MOMOH MUSTAPHA KAMARA PRESIDENT EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
I started my education at the Roman Catholic primary school Masongbo in 2004. I wrote to my NPSE in 2009. However, I continued my junior high school at Marampa Islamic Secondary School Lunsar, where I did my BECE in 2011 and came up with an outstanding result. However, my education has been challenging to pursue my senior high school due to the lost of my mother in 2011, this was the year I became a complete orphaned and a breadwinner for my 6 siblings. But with commitment and hard work I was liberty to join the charity School EducAId in 2012 where I did my WASSCE in 2017 and I have all my requirements for any university across the world. Here was the start to my journey of climbing the ladder of success and achieving my long dream of becoming a biomedical scientist and also a philanthropist for the less privileged. After viewing this tragedy on how orphans faced with challenges of education, basic social amenities, equality, healthcare and more across Sierra Leone and Africa, I decided to form the Young Africans Alliance Academy, a Nonprofit making organisation for the less privileged. I am currently pursing a Bachelor’s degree in biomedical science at the University of Central Lancashire United Kingdom. LEADERSHIP FRAME WORK I have held prestigious positions where I demonstrated outstanding leadership framework to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The following are positions I have held for the past few years
- Logistics and finance for 3 year at EducAid Sierra Leone
- I am the founder and president of the prestigious Young Africans Alliance Academy
- I have 3 years teaching and 2 years training experience during the Quality Enhancement Program and the Education Innovation Challenge run by EducAid and the government of Sierra Leone.
- I am the current Secretary General of the Why Islam In Acton Foundation, from 2018 to present.
SOCIAL ACTION ENGAGEMNET
I have been a mentor, social entrepreneur, tutor for the past five years, I have demonstrated ambition, compassion, resourcefulness and entrepreneurial mindset to my peers. I have pledged allegiance to support the youngsters as a sign of patriotism and contributing to nation-building and increase access to quality education, leadership, career development, social action engagement and good healthcare to boost the human capital in Africa. AMADU KAMARA EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
I Amadu Kamara attended or started my schooling in an interior primary school in the year 2000. I sat my National Primary School Examination (NPSE) and had a good grade, then I got into the Junior Secondary School in a charitable secondary school called EducAid which caters for the under-privilege in the year 2007. I stayed there a while and got my Basic Education Certificate Examination with a good grade also. Then, I forwarded for my Senior Secondary School level in the same school till 2012 when I sat to my West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) with a sound result and I was one of the best students during that year. I had my University requirement. I later further to study at the university of Ernest Bai Koroma of Science and Technology to acquire my Higher Teachers Certificate in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance. in 2016. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Business Administration and Management in the University of Makeni, Sierra Leone. Leadership framework I have been working in different organizations both private and governmental with that, I have been leading and showing up leadership qualities at a good level. I have been a:

- Project coordinator and a manger for both internal for EducAid Sierra Leone and externally in Uganda based project with EducAid.

SOCIAL ACTION ENGAGEMENT
I have been an advocate for a period of five (5) years both within the educational field and social field by doing community engagement on gender equality, early marriage etc. Contribution to the Young Africans Alliance Academy I Amadu Kamara will be contributing to the YAAA by given skills experiences, efforts for changing the lives of many youngsters around Sierra Leone and Africa Career development I want to be an educationist and social worker to help solve the problems of education and social mishaps in the world, especially in Sierra Leone and Africa.
SHEKU JP SANNOH COORDINATOR EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
I started my education carrier at the Abdul Jalili Islamic Primary School Kenema in 2001, from nursery to primary 2. My father later got a job in the capital city (Freetown). The new job prompted us to move to Freetown where I continue my primary education. I wrote to my NPSE (National Primary School Examination) in 2007. I later continued my Junior Secondary School (JSS) at the Government Secondary Technical School Freetown, where I took my BECE in 2011 and my result was an excellent one. My father was out of a job and we were faced with intense financial struggles. I was out of school for almost a year. I started selling firewood to raise money to support my education and that of my three siblings. Life was very hard on us as we couldn’t afford two meals for a day. But due to my willingness to get educated, I did not stop going the extra mile to raise money. I was on the path of selling firewood when I encountered my first cousin who was working for a charity School called EducAid. I was fortunate to be admitted into the school in the early month of December 2012, where I did my WASSCE in 2014. The outcome of my result wasn’t that good so I have to go in for private in 2016, this time, I was able to secure my university requirement. I later forwarded my tertiary education and attained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management at the University of Makeni (Unimak), one of the renowned universities in Sierra Leone. Currently, I am studying at the University of Ernest Bai Koroma of Science and Technology to acquire my Higher Teaching Certificate in Agriculture. I am also enrolled in doing an online course on Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH).
I am the kind of person that has held top-notch positions in which I exhibited the quality of a good leader, capacitate the smooth running of the organization, and as well help to achieve the goal of the organization. Below are the positions held for the previous years? 1. Logistic Coordinator for three sites from 2014 – 2016. 2. Deputy site coordinator from 2016 – 2018. 3. Acting Coordinator from October 2018 – December 2018. 4. Deputy Human Resources Coordinator from 2018 – 2020. 5. Deputy site coordinator second phase from 2018 – 2020. 6. Site coordinator from 2020 – 2021. 7. Cluster Mentor for Education Innovation Challenge in charge of 5 schools in Tonkolili District from 2021 up to date. 8. I am the current Coordinator for Young African Alliance Academy.
SOCIAL ACTION ENGAGEMENT
I have been a key driver in the guidance and canceling of five girls and boys toward achieving their dream goals, in one of the remotest villages in Tonkolili District. I have also advocated in doing community sensitization on the importance of girl child education together with the ministry of education in Tonkolili District on two occasions.
CONTRIBUTION TO THE YOUNG AFRICAN ALLIANCE ACADEMY
As an executive member of this prestigious academy, my contribution towards YAAA is to uphold the vision and values to achieve greater success.
My first experience of education is Arabic since my father is a scholar in Arabic. I was well versed with some parts of the Quran before I started going to school to learn English in 2001.
I started my primary school in United Methodist Church (UMC) in Makump Bana Village and took my National Primary School Examination (NPSE) in 2007.
After my NPSE, I furthered my junior high school in Benevolent Islamic Secondary School Makeni. However, I spent one year only in Benevolent that was from 2007 to 2008 and moved to Magbeni Village, Koya Chiefdom, Port Loko District in one charity organization called EducAid in 2008. I wrote to my Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) in 2010 and scored 24 aggregate in EducAid Magbeni. I was transferred in EducAid Rolal, Port Loko Town to further my senior high school. I took my West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) in 2014 with eight credits.
After my senior high school exam, I did one month service in my school and due to my output, I was enrolled in the same school to do teaching. At the moment I have seven (7) years of teaching experience. During my service in the school, the organization offered me a chance to do a degree course in the university of Makeni. Currently I am studying Business Administration and Management in the university of Makeni and hoping to graduate early 2022.
I am a dynamic leader that believe in team work, clear communication, integrity and fairness. After completing senior high school, I have served in some leadership roles and the following are some of them:
1. I have been an equality site rep in EducAid Rolal for one year.
2. I have served in the safety Shared Leadership Team (SLT) for two years in EducAid Rolal
3. I have been a trainer for peer mediators and student council members in EducAid Sierra Leone
4. Currently I am the deputy pastoral and welfare coordinator for EducAid Sierra Leone.

I am an individual that is endowed with the spirit and patient of bringing up individuals in achieving their set goals. With this quality I have served as a teacher for seven years, a tutor and a mentor for five years for so many young and aspiring people who have achieved some part of their dreams because of my mentorship. I am well determined for success and I believe in the power of education, self-employment and career development.

SHIRAH TONKOH LAKOH WELFARE MANAGER
My name is Shirah Tonko Lakoh. I was born at Neregoroh village, Tonkolili District northern province Sierra Leone. I started my education at the Saint Mary’s primary school, kukuna, Village, Kambia District. However, I wrote my NPSE in 2005. With this, I continued my junior high school at Kollenten secondary school, and I completed my high school in 2008. I was able to demonstrate an excellent performance which paved the way for the pursuit of my senior high school. After a glowing and tremendous effort towards my long dreams goal of becoming a social actor, I was able to complete my senior high school in 2015 at the Ahnadiyya Muslim secondary school Rokupr. After this era, I pursued my bachelor’s degree at the Ernest Bai Koroma University of science and technology in 2017. However, senior school wasn’t enough to uphold my goals, So, I strived to pursue Community development studies to enhance my dreams. I am proudly happy to say, I have completed my course and I hope to bring a distinction upon graduation in November. LEADERSHP FRAMEWORK I have held prestigious positions like, where I demonstrated, altruistic approach to collages. I am responsible, proactive and strong communication skills. I have the ability to collaborate and coordinate colleagues, I am passionate of leadership. With this, I have been

I have been a social actor for the past there, at this prime time, I served as mentor, social actor, role model for various youngsters in my community. I was able to navigate to serve as social entrepreneur and refinery in women and girl’s advocacy, mitigation of stereotype and prejudice. I promoted girl’s empowerment and foster peaceful coexistence in the community. MY CONTRIBUTION TO THE YOUNG AFRICANS ALLIANCE ACADEMY As the welfare manager, I have pledged allegiance to serve the organization genuinely to reach the desired mission and vision of the Young Africans Alliance Academy. CAREER DEVELOPMENT I want to be a social entrepreneur, who will bring innovative development in the transformation OF the human capital development. As social actor, I will strive to uphold and see the youngster’s promotion to enhance a prosperous Sierra Leone and Africa.
ARUNA ALPHA KAMARA SECRETARY GENERAL
I am Aruna A Kamara; I was raised by a single parent (mother) who later passed away on October 13, 2017. She was engaged in a petty trade in which she moved from one place to another and stay for a while. In due of this, I started my schooling late and I spent more years in the lower primary. However, I started my schooling in 2003 at the age of 10 in the Roman Catholic primary school sends. I was later moved to another Roman Catholic primary school Loko Masama where my mother transferred as a result of her business. After a year, my elder sister took me to Freetown, where I started all over my schooling in the Saint Paul primary school. When I was promoted to class 3, I seriously sick because of a lack of care from my elder sister, and my mother had to take me back to the village where my grandmother insisted that I will not move with me again until I completed my primary school. I then again attended the same Roman Catholic primary school Sendugu and took my National Primary School Examination (NPSE) in 2008 and obtained a high grade that opted me to pursue secondary school. When my NPSE result was out, my mother could afford to send me to secondary. So, I waited for three months before I had access to secondary school. In the middle of the second term, I was asked out of the school for not paying school fees. My mother and I had to travel back to Freetown for me to continue my education. I spent a few months without going to school. My mother and I engaged in stone mining and petty trading until she had of EducAid Sierra Leone. A charity organization that provides free quality and holistic education to underprivileged young Sierra Leonean. I started attending EducAid secondary school in 2010 and at the same time, helped my mother with the stone mining and petty trading after school and during the weekends. I sat for my Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) in 2011 and obtained a good aggregate that encourages me to pursue senior secondary school. In my senior secondary school, I went to the science department with the ambition to become a doctor. I sat for my West Africa Senior School Examination (WASSCE) in 2016 and obtained an excellent result. Currently, I am a final year student at the University of Makeni (UNIMAK) pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management and also, a final year student at the University of Ernest Bai Koroma University of science and technology (EBKUST) pursuing a Higher Teacher Certificate (HTC). I am aiming to do my master’s in education if have the sponsorship.
I have held prominent leadership positions where I portrayed valuable leadership frameworks to enhance effectiveness and efficiency resulting in better productivity. I am an individual with excellent teamwork with a high ambition to take up leadership roles and responsibilities. I had certificates in professional learning and leadership. I had worked in different communities and big towns and attended top educational conferences with high-caliber people in the school. I had a mentor and inspired several young people. I had a certificate in educational online courses, and I followed top entrepreneurs and motivational speakers online to develop my growth mindset. I had portrayed a high standard of collaboration in all my capacity of operation and served as meaningful resources to many and developed a great growth mindset of an entrepreneur. I had a mentor in the UK that mentors me in my reading, writing, and speaking and empowered me to socially connect with people in the outside world and grow my thinking in interacting with different people. I am contributing to the national development by serving as a teacher, leader for EducAid Sierra Leone, and secretary for the young Africa alliance Academy.

ALICE YAKOH KAMARA DEPUTY WELFARE MANAGER EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND My name is Alice Yakoh Kamara I was born and raised in the capital city Freetown, I started my primary school in 2002. with an astonishing performance during this era, I was liberty to complete my primary school in 2008. Moreover, I pursued my junior high school at the Annie Walsh memorial secondary school Freetown, the first secondary school for girls in West Africa. Here, I completed my Junior high school in 2011. writing my BECE at an early age was amazing and I have to choose reputable school for academic excellence to meet my long dream goals. With this, I chose EducAid, a charitable school which offers free quality education for the less privileged. So, I continued at EducAid Secondary School where I completed my senior high school in 2016. Consequently, after writing my WASSCE, I was liberty to pursue (BSC in Procurement and Logistics) at the university of Makeni . LEADERSHIP FRAMEWORK Nevertheless, as a person who want to pay back and contribute to nation building, I volunteered for 3 years teaching at EducAid Secondary School. During my tenure of service, I was in charge of girls empowerment, safety and equality. I establish a consortium for leadership mindset, building student’s capacity for human capital development and entrepreneur mindset to increase access to girls self independent.
SOCIAL ACTION ENGAGEMENT
Despite to the fact that I was a commercial student, I didn’t apply fixed mindset or stereotypic thinking, but I however broaden my curiosity to investigate in the sciences. With this, I was liberty to navigate into public health where I am currently volunteering at a Science Engagement program … in this program, we teach students about infectious deceases . This was my ambition to uphold patriotism, nation-building and community resilience. I have done community services in different villages and I have so far gained different experiences.

MALIGIE OSMAN KAMARA MEDIA AND MARKETING MANAGER EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND I am Maligie Osman Kamara, I started my education in the primary level in one of the primary school within my town called Movement Of Faith Islamic Primary School, Port Loko District where I sat to my National Primary School Examination (NPSE) in the year 2008 and obtained the best result with a good score. Later I decided to move in one of the best school in Sierra Leone called EducAid, a charitable school where I sat to my Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) and West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) and also obtained excellent result that gave me the requirement to further my studies. Before my University, I decided to go for a technical skills training (Computer training) in one Computer training center within Port Loko, and I gained a lot of experience and later decided to further my studies in one of the fastest growing university in Sierra Leone called the Ernest Bai Koroma University of Science and Technology, doing my Bachelor degree in Education, specializing mainly in Biological science due to my requirement, now in the final year hoping to graduate this year 2021. Leadership framework I have been working for different organization after my technical skills training in computer, where I gained a lot of experience in leadership framework. I worked for the Port Loko City Council as a volunteer in helping them collecting the data of all the business and housing license within the municipality of Port Loko, where I worked with so many people that have a vast experience in leadership. I also attended so many leadership workshops to gain more experience. I am the current Media and Marketing Manager for the Young Africans Alliance Academy Social action engagement I have been a computer training coordinator in my previous training center where I got my certificate in computer skills and engage so many stakeholders within the community to sensitize them the benefit of this skills, and later does a social engagement for the people that are within my community to ask their opinion on how they will be engaging in these technical skills at the end of the day they will be self-employed. Contribution to the Young Africans Alliance Academy I have been contributing a lot to see the sustainability of the Young Africans Alliance Academy, and I planned to do more to make the Young Africans Alliance Academy be one of the fastest growing organization within and outside the country. BAI KAMARA PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER EDUCATION BACKGROUND My name is Bai Kamara (Baineon), I started my schooling in one of the Islamic Schools in Waterloo in 2005. I sat my National Primary School Examination (NPSE) in 2010 and I got a good grade to enter Secondary School. I got the opportunity to continue my schooling in one of the vulnerable Schools called EducAid. I became one of the most intelligent students in the school and finally took my Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) in 2012. Then I forwarded for my Senior Secondary School level in the same school till 2016 I finally sat my West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) with an outstanding result and I was one of the best students during that year. I had my University requiremnt. Moreover I have my Higher Teachers Certificate in Mathematics Major in the department of Science. I am Currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Business Administration and Management in the University of Makeni, Sierra Leone. MOHAMED ALHAJI KAMARA
My pursuit to the academic world started far back in my tender age of four. I started in the kindergarten for a period of two years at the Wesleyan Church of sierra Leone primary school. The vintage of my primary schooling continued on till 2009 when I sat to my National primary school exams which lead to my admission to the junior high school at thee Marforki Agricultural Islamic Secondary School port loko. I completed my junior schooling at this very school. The struggle to my education started in 2013 a year after my Junior schooling, when my father can no longer support me due to extreme destitution. Notwithstanding, my vision that was almost dying was revamped by a charitable organization called Educaid. I started my senior high school at this organization’s school, where I wrote to my high school exam in 2016. My result was not that too good, so I had to write for the same exam in the following year. With my records of impressive accomplishment, I gained admission at the country most top university, Njala. However, my ambition of becoming an economist, aiming at stimulating the country’s economy was developed at this very junction. In 2019-2020 I did a certificate course in career guidance and job readiness at the Njala university in collaboration with the ministry of youth and national youth commission. I’m currently pursuing a honors degree in economics major at the Njala university, Sierra Leone.
The controversial saying that ” leaders are made or born” have both been demonstrated by me. I have immensely showcased my potential in the field of leadership in prestigious positions which I have held. These include;

I have been a students’ activist, mentor and teacher to many youngsters. I’m always ready to be helpful to humanity. I have vowed to helped people from all works of life and to creating employment to add to nation building and making the world a better place.

Having looked at the current trend and forecasting for sierra Leone and Africa at large, with the appalling prevailing economic situations, I want to become an economist in the making, aiming at stimulating the economy and making Africa a better place for humanity.
MOHAMED MUNTH KAMARA
ASSISTANCE AUDITOR GENERAL EDUCATION BACKGROUND
My name is Mohamed Munth Kamara. I am from a family of six, I was born and raised in Lunsar. I started my schooling in the Roman catholic (RC) primary school Lunsar, where I sat my national primary school examination (NPSE). I was fortunate to get a first class result which gave me the requirement to enter in junior high school. Moreover, I continue my education in the only grade A school in Lunsar, Murialdo junior high school. I wrote my Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) at Murialdo junior high school Lunsar. I got classic grades that took me to senior high school. I later migrated to charitable school, EducAid senior high school Rolal, Port Loko. They were my save your from being out of school, they helped me to achieve my goals. I got
a first class West African Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) result which gave me requirement to go to university. LEADERSHIP QUALITIES As a resourceful Sierra Leonean, I devoted in contributing to nation building. I have worked as a volunteer in different organization in my home country. For instance, I have worked as a volunteer teacher at the Seventh Day Advantest (SDA) Camp, Waterloo. I toughed Mathematics, Economics and Financial Accounting in the senior high school, from (SSS1 to SSS3). I also worked with the Korean Presbyterian Mission (KPM) Bolima, Waterloo. I was part of the Food, Hygiene and Sanitation Committee and the games and sport committee in the school. I have served in the capacity as a caption of my community football team.

I played for Rangers Football club (Rangers FC) Mabesseneh Lunsar. I qualified my community team to division two play off in Sierra Leone. I am a division two licensed player.

I am serving in the capacity as an assistant auditor. As a resourceful citizen I am impacting (YAAA) by the contributing my finance, Knowledge, skills and strategies. I will make sure I do my job as an auditor by inspecting the activities in the organization. And I will ensure that resources of the organization are utilize in the right order. My main aim is to prevent mismanagement of fund.
